Love is *not* in the air for Lori Loughlin's daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli and Bella Giannulli. Just a few weeks after news of Olivia Jade's breakup with her long term boyfriend Jackson Guthy, her older sister Bella is now experiencing some heartbreak of her own. Both Bella and Olivia called it quits with their boyfriends over the college admissions scandal their family is involved in.
According to Us Weekly, Bella and her boyfriend Nick Penske have officially parted ways. A source with insider information on all the drama told the mag: "[They] had boyfriends and both of them broke up with them" because the whole bribing-your-way-into-college-thing was just "too much to deal with."
It's unclear, though, who did the breaking up in this situation. Was it too much for Bella and Olivia Jade to deal with? Or too much for their respective boyfriends? Either way, the situation is pretty serious the Loughlin-Gianulli clan. Loughlin and her husband are facing up to forty years behind bars after deciding to plead not guilty for the alleged crimes.
Bella, for the most part, has remained out of the public eye since the scandal was made public. Her younger sister, however, is reportedly begging USC to let her back in. “She knows [USC' won’t let her in, so she’s hoping this info gets out,” an insider explained to Us. “She wants to come out looking like she’s changed, learned life lessons and is growing as a person, so she for sure wants people to think she is interested in her education.”
Only time will tell if Olivia Jade and Bella are allowed to return to USC. More importantly, though, Loughlin is gearing up for her court battle. The minimum sentence is five years, however, she's hopping to get off with no jail time.
